Can I install new skins in my MOTOROLA SLVR L7 mobile?

I'm using motorola slvr l7 mobile which has only 3 skins from manufacturer i want to install new skins.

From where i can get that skins and how to install them?

i couldnt imagine playing fm on a mobile doesent seem right to me but i think your not gunna get a decent answer on here for that question so i would google hard or search other forums
