can i manage the U20 team [club not nation]

Yeah, under Team Settings. I believe you control the first team and youth then.

EDIT: Sorry, no you can't :) Don't think so anyway (A)
 
i thought you could? if you go to team settings then check the box 'control team'
then you set tactics, line-up etc?
 
You can control the youth team if you are the manager, check under team settings, you can't be the manager of only the youth team. You can however control the B and C teams in Spain for example that play in the lower divisions. It can be very annoying though, as soon as a player puts in some good performances he will be moved to the senior team.
 
yes you can but you have to manager england example then sack pearce and hire yourself then with the england manager resign

he meant at club level.

And yes, you can manage any part of your team.
