It isnt hard, ou enter the stats of your coach and it tells u what type of training he should be doin. etc fitness. and it also tells if theyr 7* etc

The bit at the bottom is just an added bonus really. The part you want to pay attention to is the 'star rating' column. That tells you how good they are at coaching at that specifically. For a little more detail, it tells you how far off they are from being the level above in the 'score' column. Finally, the lingo at the bottom just tells you what they're best at out of the lot.
