Can I scout a specific league?

Guys, I am playing with Blackpool in the Premier League and want to assign a scout to the Npower Championship. Is this possible and how do I do it? Cheers!

Thanks - I went into here before, and can assign a scout to Regions, Competitions etc but couldn't find how to select Npower Championship for instance ....
