Can I skip the half-time break?

the way i play the game, I never (very rarely) do any changes during half time.. now, how can I set the game to keep continuing during the half time?? you know, go to second half even if i dont click on Continue..

another question, can i set my ast mnger to do the substitutions (e.g. when someone injured during the game)??

Why not just go on holiday for the season and set up your *** man to use current team tactics and line up when possible?

in that way i'll miss so many things.. and the result were worse with 'go to holiday'..
I just want to avoid unnecessary stops during the match..
