Can not download tactics

i am useing vista chrome and it will not let me download jp woody new tactic can anyone help please sorry if this is in wrong area.

I use Google chrome asweel on vista and it work's fine

That Liverpool one is ancient,here is my latest.

Just select a programme then to open it,Adobe,winrar or search online like it says.

I think he is trying to open the tactic there

The tactic itself will be in your download folder just open that and drag in in your tactic folder and that will do

I dont even know why he wants that tactic,it was made for 9.2

He might have 9.2 there is a few people on here with 9.1 & 0,2

You cannot open .tac files.
