Can only choose default database

Today I installed the game by disc, then a update was downloaded(1.8GB) but when I try to create a new game the only database available is 'default' and I have no idea how to get the new updates to show up.

Any help would be massively appreciated.

Oh, my mistake. It also says the version is also 13.0.0, I thought this would be changed to the most recent update?

the database will still say default, if you made changes to database make sure and tick "changes" just underneath database name, which should be "default". Patch updates take effect with what ever database you use so dont worry they will be implemented. Just carry on as normal

It's still the default database.. And probably will be stay the same until a January transfer update is released. However in "Game Status" it should say 13.2.1, which is the most recent update.
