Look for overlap - Im pretty sure this means my full backs will overlap with my other players who will hold up the ball for them? Is this correct? Slowing the game down for a better pass.

Run at defence - The name makes it sound pretty simple but I dont really get what this does tactically.

Pass into Space - The name itself makes sense but I always have less possession with it enabled and it dosent seem to do anything?

Your fullbacks will be given a higher mentality and asked to make runs more often while your wingers will be told to make fewer runs and hold up the ball, waiting for the fullback to overlap. I'm not 100% sure, but it may ask your wingers to sit a bit narrower too. So you were correct

I just asks your players (ST and AM strata players and possibly M strata with Attack duties) to run with the ball often.

It just asks your players to play passes into space or through balls often. You may be giving the ball away with these passes into space.
