Hi, I feel like a bit of a noob for asking this but can someone explain where the numbers come from when people say someone's PA is 128/-8 (Jetro Willems btw) please? I know CA is current ability and PA is potential ability but I just don't understand how the stats are calculated for these and where the -8 (or whatever it may be) comes from.
