Can someone shed some light?

Has anybody come across this before? Im not too sure what 'move between clubs freely' means. Seeing as I would get first option on their players, Im presuming it means my players could go there whenever I feel like it and they dont have any restrictions on the amount of loans they can have a season etc.

Need help pretty quick as I dont want to pay nearly £2m a season for nothing!

hmm i think it just means on loan but im not 100%

yeh it jsut means u can loan players
