Can"t import tactics or training scheds

I followed the very useful guide on saving, loading tactics etc but when I open the folder in the mange tactics or manage schedules there is nothing in the window for me to import. I have my tactics with .tac extensions in the Tactics folder C:\Users\Public\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012\tactics and the training schedules the .tsh extensions in C:\Users\Public\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012\schedules. so i think they are in the right place any suggestions?

Try place them to C:\ partition and then in game navigate to it. Maybe you have double files or something.
