is it possible to get a 5* player?

i recently found this gem who is a 4.5* potential for santos, aswell as another 4 or 5 3-3.5* players all aged between 16-18, santos has amazing regens!!!

Playing for a smaller team that player would be 5* It all depends on how good the players at your team are.

Generally depends on your playing squad
When I played lower league, if i'd scout very good players i'd be told they were 5* because of how much they were better than my current squad but once your team is of average ability or whatever you generally won't get a 5* rating I don't think.

No , the amount of *'s depend on your clubs reputation , but to get a 4.5* with Man Utd is very good.
