can you add additional leagues mid game

im currently managing in serie A, i have downloaded additional italy leagues - lower tier and reserve leagues, however the names change, but the leagues aren't there, can you load an additional database midgame ? (currently end of season)

if you've already added the database at the start of the game then yes, if not then no.
