Can You Be Any National Team On FM?

I was just wondering if you could be any national team, for example: Lesotho, Madagascar, Estonia or teams like that?

is there any patches?

if they are on the game you can play as them, for example you could play as the british virgin islands if you wanted, all you've got to do is load up all players from that nation when you select your database size.

Just load all the players from that country, there should be a tab when selecting your leagues

Yeah any team. When you start a new game when your selecting the leagues you want to load, next to database size click custom. Then load all the players from the country you want to manage. After when selecting your team to manage click nations and then choose the country you want to be.
