Can you be offered Under 21 International jobs?

Can you be offered the Under 21 role for a country? Or do you have to be manager of the senior team before you can manage an U21 side?

its never happened to me personally, sorry i cant go more in depth i would suggest that you suscribe to a nation you want at anage then it goes into your news feed when the job opens up

you can be offered the U/23 national job, only in Olympics to my knowledge, not sure about the U/21 role though, however, I can recall applying once.. I may have been dreaming though
