Can you change the rules, like for the English prem.. not having to add 8 home grown players.. or for the Ukrainian league, not having to use x amount of Ukrainian players in the squad etc??

In data editor, add nation rules then you dont have to have 8 home grown players and so on

Go into the editor,
Load the database up,
On left hand side it says add nation rules,
Find the League that you want to edit the rules and click it.
Should be an option for eligibility or registration.
Change the desired number to one or something like that
