Can you change the countries you manage in?

Once you have selected the countries you can manage in at the start of the game can you change them at all. Can you also change them with an editor or something like that?

good idea is to pick a lot of leagues at the start if your pc can handle it

Yeah only at the beginning I'm afraid. But in the end, what's better than managing in the Premier Division? .

I have to say, it would be cool if you could. After a while in the english leagues, i'd like to move to another country without having to start a new game XD
