Can you change the percentage the board take from transfers?

I'm playing as Roma and been trying to turn a profit each season. I have trimmed the reserves and youth offer old players lower wages, moved transfer money over to wages, but is there anywhere of changing the percentage the club takes from money received? A higher percentage so they can take more money from the fee.

Yeah, go to board room to interact with the board.

Then go to finance and ask them to increase percentage of transfer budget received.

I think he means less of it going to the transfer budget in the hope they'll pay off some debt early.

Yeah I want the board to take about 90-100% of any transfers received.
