Can you change what patch you want ?

Steam has decided to go and update itself again giving me patch 10.3. Anyone know how to go back and get update 10.1 or 10.2 again ? I really want to use my FMRTE and Genie Scout but i cant

I know this is digging up an old thread but I used the search tool and found this, I installed FM via Steam but is it possible to have the 10.3 Database but the 10.2 patch if you get what I mean. Because all the tactics that ever worked for me were on 10.2 and its starting to annoy me now because tactics with wingers are generally poor on 10.3
