when you are on the editor with the laoded data you want

go to the plaeyrs tab then near the bottom it will say add new player (or something liek that)

then fill out the details

(haven't been on the editor since fm11 first came out)

You can't create a player using FMRTE, you have to use the official editor to edit the database before you start a game.

Actually you can create players, just go on any player and clone them then change all of their stats, name, info etc and it'll just be like a new player...
