Can you download a data editor?

I dont have an editor, (please dont tell me the folder its in on your computer mine is not there) i just want to now can i download one so i can customise my own saving.

You can download FMRTE but can be risky at times so don't use it myself.

But how come there is no editor

have you checked EVERYWHERE? And if it's a Steam download, have you checked the Steam>Steamapps>Common etc files?

I have no idea and what do you mean by "risky" like a virus or somthing?

Risky as in can cause game to crash or do weird stuff and muck up your save

If that's all you want to do with the data editor, download this file instead, saves the trouble.
Someone's made an edit to add every country into the EU, so no work permits required
