Can you get an upgraded stadium?

I have found a recent liking for the Handheld version of FM, on PSP to be precise.
Can you get a new stadium?
I am Ross County, I have won the First Division on my first season, and I am heading for the SPL, if I become successful, will the board build a bigger stadium, or on PSP, am I stuck with the one I have for life?

You can't request on PSP

On PSP you cannot but Marc Vaughan has said you can on iPhone.
