Can you make a Regen?

If yes how?

I dont want to have to edit all the information, I just want to make a random regen player, who could look a bit like me, weel have the same skin colour and hair colour.
Also could I create the name?

You can Create your own player from the Data Editor, but you'll have to start a new save.

you can use FMRTE to change a regens hair and skin tone, and i assume name and DOB etc, but not their faicial features
