Can you remove rules with FMRTE ?

I'm currently playing with Estonian champions Levadia, and I have lots of money in hand and I want to buy lots of foreign players but I have a rule that I can register mostly 7 foreign players. Could I remove this rule somehow ?

No, you're going to have to use the editor to make a database beforehand with rule changes.
