is there a way to see all your team's player's stats in one competition without having to click on a player individually to see stats?

Pretty sure there is a stats view under the 'view' button on your squad page. You can set it to show continental stats separately too.
You could also go to the tournament player stats page. Change the view to 'yellow cards' and pick out your players with them. It will show the top 100 players who have got yellow cards.
