Can you use fm 13 files on fm14 editor?

Alright guys.
Basically i created a whole nation with 3 leagues 46 teams on fm13 and was just wondering if there is a way of just transfering the file accross to fm14 to save me having to do it all again??

if this file is only nation rules file without any database changes you should be able to use it on fm14 without any problems
