Cannot add user - FMC challenge mode

I have an issue where after I've selected a challenge, the leagues playable and my profile, I'm unable to choose any club for selection as I'm unable to add user.
Has anyone else come across this and found a solution?

I think you have to hit the FM drop down menu and then it will say add new manager or something like that.

Hi ! I have the same problem ... can't play any of the callenges ... "team" cannot be selected for any team i select ...any help please ?
