Cannot buy a win!! Lower league tactics

I am currently Fleetwood and have followed somebody elses tactics off here. And am yet to win and its nearly November. Close to being fired.
Any body got any good solid tactics for a lower league team

download tactic copy from download folder open sport iteractive folder goto tactics folder and paste I don't know if I am allowed to post someone else tactic so I haven't put it in if im ok to do it ill do it
