Cannot see 10.3 patch when i start a new game!!!

ok well i downloaded the 10.3 patch and installed it all correctly, once it had finished it said all files updated successfully ect. but when i loaded up fm and went to start a new game where you select databases it only says default or 10.2, i have tried installing the 10.3 update a number of times and still no luck. also if its important i play the game with the disk NOT through steam. if anyone can help it would be apreciated.

Thats weird, when you double click the patch and it runs the installer when it's completed does it say Something like 969 of 969 files succesfully updated or what ever the number of files it updates is?

yh it says 1040 files updated successfully or what ever but nothing, it is realy strange. but i have just un installed fm and im going to re install it and try then il let you know how i get on

i just finished re installing ti and it has worked now, i must of had a corruption in my game somewhere along the line
