Cant add anything to game such as shortlists and players faces

downloaded the player face mega pack and placed them in the graphics folder (via a sub folder)
any ideas would be welcome cheers guys

playing fm16 on latest updates i have added new leagues and transfers which did bring up some errors messages originally when setting up the game but not had them since


PLEASE NOTE THE SHORTLISTS ARE WORKING BUT THE PLAYER FACES ARE NOT STILL!!

Is the config.xls file contained in your folder of player faces? Did you go into the Preferences page and tell it to Reload Skin?

yes that file is there aswell and yes said reload skin and even ticked that box reload skin when changing preferences

As rocheyb suggested, try to "Reload Skin", it might help.
