Can't buy players the transfer amount changes ?

It's really frustrating.

I say bid ?10m for benteke. It comes back the the ?2m bid was rejected. I can't buy anyone big. I have a budget of ?52m. So why can't I buy any big players. I've tried everything ?

I had that problem but if you put most of the money as paid over 6+ months then it will work
