Can't download facepack?

I am really ****** off I can't download face packs,I am rubbish on the pc,I have downloaded 7zip.could someone please talk me through it?

You must be really bad if you cant find the facepack section

Winrar is much easier mate maybe try that, just right click the .rar file and click extract here and thats it

I really don't get the whole process

Download the facepack
Extract it (right click extract)
Move the folder into
My docs / si / fm12
On fm go to preferences then untick skin cache and tick reload skin
Simples

Will they automatically go on with the game I'm playing or will they be on the next game I start,that's the facepacks I'm on about

WIll go into any game on FM, whether thats a new save or an existing one.
