Can't even install?

So I put in the disc and nothing came up to install it I went to my computer and it was saying that nothing was in the disc tray

I had the beta installed nothing came up, so I thought that it might of been because of that so I uninstalled it but it wasn't

any help I would've put this in Technical Help but no one seems to reply to threads in there

open steam go to game then activate product n then enter code on manual
