Can't ever download from this site!! Can anyone email me lfc's update please?!?

Could anyone email the LFC's update at all?? I cant ever download from this site and have tried a million times over past few weeks.. Doing my nut in, wanna get an FM started with new database.. If anyone can that would be beauty! rssilver2001 @ hotmail.com

What does it say when you try to download?

You must wait X seconds... It let me do it once but only downloaded a file that is less than 700kb.. now just keep getting the X seconds again even though waiting like 10 mins or so..??

Yes logged in. Have tried numerous times for last few week...just doesn't seem to be happening..
