cant find my data editor ???

ive followed what it says to do on all the forums but when i go on sports interactive, then footbal manager 2010 there is no tools folder and the data editor isnt in any of the other folders .... where is it what do i do ?

Computer > C:/ Drive > Program Files / Program Filex x86 > Steam > SteamApps > Common > Football Manager 2010 > Tools > Editor > Editor.

yep tried them all ive copied and pasted them all and the file cannot be found i dont know where it is because on football manager 2010 section theres no tools folder ???

Go into my computer then find program files/ program filex x86 and go in the same order as I have stated up there
