Can't fix the real name problem on Mac

I've downloaded the file from this web,
FM2014 Real Names and German National Team Fix Fixes File – version 1.1 for FM14, v14.1.3 [07/11/2013]

I could not find a folder called "Common" in SteamApps in Application Support, there are only "sourcemod" folder and something called "steamclean"

Then I created the "Common" folder, but it still doesn't work:S

How can i can't fix the real name problem on Mac?

you have to open you "Library" wich is "blurred". just google how to open it and you will find the solution.
