Cant get face-pack on my game

Have downloaded the face pack from here
made a new folder on sports interactive -football manger 09-made a folder-graphics,

opened download using wrar right clicked-extract files and put it in the graphics folder,

loaded up fm 09-preferences-unticked the box, and ticked the other box


still no luck

any help please

Try changing your skin and see if that works,if that doesnt it may be the facepack,try some different ones and see if they work.
