Cant get international job!! help please

Twice I have been offered International jobs England and Croatia,but when I accept nothing Happens? When you go back into job section it just says applied and nobody gets the job,Any ideas?

Thanks Chris, It is a problem with the default patch. If you download the patch from the link provided by Chris, it should be fine.
