Can't get over 6.0?

My player Brahim Ferradj, currently at West Brom, will not get over a 6 rating. He stats are good and my assistant is saying he is 3.5 stars, not great i know but better than most of my defence at the moment. I've tried team talks, interating, moving squads, nothing will get him over 6.0.

Any advice is welcome, A.C milan are also interested so this maybe another option?

yeah, this will have an effect on his performance! what is his Morale like?

you would think that players would want to perform better so the interested club would want them more...

are you playing him in the correct position/role? given him PI's that compliment his stats correctly?

Yeah, correct position, superb morale, he just isn't doing anything, i'll mess around with his PI's again see what i can do.
