Can't get past nation selection

In the full Football Manager mode, I get to the nation selection, pick my countries and it won't let me continue, the continue button doesn't activate and I can't go any further. Anyone had this problem and know how to fix it?

Same here. Same issue 6 months ago, when I last played the game, but can't remember how I got past it. Not very intuitive, I have to say.
