cant get scout reports.

When i apply for a scout report it comes back on the news with the stars etc, when i click report it tells me i need to get a report on this players, what do i do to stop this?

Not entirely sure, have you tried re-loading the game back up, maybe something has just messed up as you were playing, only thing i could think of.

i tried this and it didnt work, i also took over a random **** club with new manager and scout reported and it worked fine
