Cant get Sounds and 2D Graphics that well on Handheld Version?

I purchased the Football Manager 2014 Handheld version for my ipad 2 weeks ago.

I am getting no sounds even though I ask for sounds and click on confirm.

Plus I am only getting 2d graphics, when there is a goal chance should I be getting it more often, if I should should I be changing settings
