Can't go into window view...

On my 'vanilla' version of the demo, i cannot get the game to go into windowed view, any tips or help?

Haven't played the demo. But on every previous version of FM you can push the magical key combo of:

Alt + Enter

This combo also puts the game back into full screen mode when you don't want windowed mode anymore.

Try Shift+P which goes into Preferences, Click Display&Sound - then on Resolution to Windowed, that should work.
