Can't import tactics

I have downloaded and placed some tactics into C:\Games\Football Manager 2014\data\tactics but when I go onto manage tactics, nothing is there for me to select to import.
Please help

You need to put them in a different place.

Documents/Sport Interactive/Football Manager 2014/Tactics
