Can't improve my squad...

I'm at the start of my 4th season with Norwich I'm in the champions league and players won't even negotiate with me even though they are playing for a club that isn't as good as mine. If I keep in the top 4 for a few seasons will the clubs rep improve?

yes. keep a good position in the league, and ur reputation will grow. and how is it the player dont want to talk to u ?

Its Gaitan had an offer excepted for 1.2 million he doesn't play much and won't negotiate.

I think the reason is the reputation. Keep getting your reputation up and eventually over the seasons, big players will at least negotiate with you. Good luck
