Can't interact with board?

I'm in my 3rd season with Newcastle, and i wanted to interact with the board, however the option to interact with them is grey, and i can't click it :S
Does anyone know what the cause of this is?

Maybe they don't like you and don't want to talk with you.

What is you want to talk with them?

Nobody ever wants to talk to me haha
I'm going to ask for a feeder club, i haven't spoke to the board for about a year actually :L
But my job status is Very secure, so it's not as if they don't like me... :L

How many feeder do you have already? There's a limit for that

Just the one, but i actually can't get up the screen to interact with them, it's not like they know what i'm after :L
I physically can't talk to them at all :S
