Can't Load Saved Game

Hey.
Went to load my game just now after solving a xml parsing error (5th in 4 days or summat crazy like that) and a box saying Saved Game Unable To Load came up. What do I do to recover it? Any suggestions are welcome and appriciated

I did do a search but didn't find any advice to recover it- luckily as luck would have it I made a back up of it on thursday but have still lost two months and £116 million worth of signings. Plus a 19-0 win over Petersfield, promotion and winning the league. So there is no way of uncorupting it?
