Can't proceed to intra-squad friendly

Hi guys,

As the title states, I'm Man Utd and have arranged a First Team/Reserves Intra-Squad friendly at the beginning of the game and it won't let me proceed to the match. It lets me submit my First Team however it won't let me submit my Reserve team and doesn't give me any hint as to why (The Match! button just doesn't do anything other than pretend to be pressed).

I've tried getting someone else to control the reserve team, and for them to control friendlies as well but to no avail. Help please lol.

I could holiday through but I'm OCD as **** about holidaying - it makes me feel like I've ruined my game because I've not been in charge for the whole game.

Any other solutions?

it's only 1 day mate you got an actual reserve team and everything?

Lol I know it's only 1 day but it drives me mad. Aye course I've got a reserve team - if Man Utd doesn't have a reserve team then something has gone horribly wrong.
