Can't promote/demote staff

Hi all,

I can't seem to go into any negotiations with my coaching staff to get them into new roles. I've tried offering $5 mill to Quintilano Lemos Filho to go from First Team coach to Asst. Manager but he keeps rejecting! Season after Season!

What should I do?

You could wait until his contract expires and then offer him a contract as an assistant manager when he is a free agent.

When you change job role to "assistant manager", does it say he's interested? Maybe he just prefers simple coaching.

I always have that problem with some random mexican physio. He's terrible at physio and has awesome coaching stats, but he just wants to be a physio so I can never hire him. I've offered ridiculously high wages.
