Cant request higher tranfer budget

My transfer budget with Liverpool is down to just under £7m after recent signings. There is £33m in the bank, however the option to increase transfer budget or wage budget is greyed out. Why could this be and is there a way to make the option become selectable?

Because you have either already requested funds, or the board just don't want to give you any more money.

if u really wannt money, then us FMRTE. OR u just gotta wait for the transfer window, and convince ur chairman to have more funds.

I havent already requested money, and i dont see why they wouldnt want to give me more. Ive always got money in the past from the board when i requested (and that was in the days of hicks and gillett!). Theyve sometimes moaned at me for not trying to recouperate any money from selling players but ive sold a few.

Just signed Dzsudzsak which has taken my transfer budget to £0 - it will now let me request more! Maybe you have to empty the budget completely before you can get more.
